How to Order

Before ordering, you should familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions.

To order on-line:

  • Click on the product family image on the home page or follow the 'Products' link at the top of any page.
  • Click on the 'Add' button to put a product in your shopping basket. You can view and update the contents of your basket at any time.
  • Click on 'Checkout' on the right-hand side of the header bar (or the button on the shopping basket page).
  • Tell us where to deliver your order and how you would like to pay (see How to Pay).
  • Click on 'Continue' to check your order details. If any of the information you entered is not valid, you will be returned to the order form and asked to correct it (you will need to re-enter credit card details).
  • If you wish to change the order you may return to the checkout form, make your changes and continue. You will, however, need to reselect your chosen payment method and, if you have chosen to pay by credit card, re-enter your card details. If you decide you no longer wish to place the order, you should click on the 'Cancel' button. This will delete the information you have entered and return you to the shopping basket page.
  • If you are happy with the order details, click on 'Submit' to send the order. You will see a thank-you message.
  • Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
  • If you have not provided payment details with your order, please send us this information as soon as possible. We cannot process your order without it.
  • You can check on the status of your order at any time by e-mail (just reply to the confirmation e-mail) or by phone.

You can also order by phone (0845 193 0194) or fax (0871 433 5566). Please ensure that you have all the necessary information to hand. You can print our order form for this purpose.

How to Pay

When you submit your on-line order you will be asked to select a method of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Card
    We accept the following types of credit and debit card:

      

    If you prefer not to provide your card details on-line, you may provide them by phone (0845 193 0194) or fax (0871 433 5566). A fax form is provided at checkout for this purpose.

    Your order will not be dispatched until we have received valid payment information.

  • Cheque
    After submitting your order, please send your cheque, payable to 'oochi', to the address provided. Your order will be dispatched once we have received your cheque and the funds have cleared (please allow five working days).

    Cheques must be in sterling, drawn against a UK bank.

  • For other payment options, please contact us by phone.

    Delivery

    Postage & packing is added to your order at checkout, charged as follows:

    *Please note we do not ship to the USA.

    We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt of payment (and, in the case of cheques, clearance).

    Orders under £40 are sent via first class post. All other UK orders are sent Special Delivery.

    International orders outside of the EU are exclusive of UK tax. oo!chi is not responsible for any local taxes levied upon entry into your country.

    Returns

    If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, unopened and in good condition, within 14 days. We will refund the price of the item within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Please contact oo!chi prior to sending a return. Failure to do so will result in a £3-per-item re-stocking fee.

    If the return results either from an error made by us or from a defective item, please indicate whether you require replacement goods, a full refund or alternative goods of the same value. You will not be charged additional postage for the replacement item and you will be refunded the cost of return postage.

    Damaged or defective products must be received by us within 14 days of delivery to you.

    Returned goods should be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the reason for the return. Wrap the package securely and send it by registered post to:

    Out of Stock Items

    We will notify you of any products that are unavailable for immediate dispatch. We will send any in-stock merchandise immediately and backorder out-of-stock merchandise under your original order. Any backordered items will be dispatched as they become available.

    Changing your Order

    If, having submitted your order, you wish to make a change, please phone us immediately since we endeavour to fill orders in a timely manner.

    Order Status Enquiries

    To check the status of your order, please e-mail order@oochi.biz or ring 0845 193 0194.

    Geographic Coverage

    We are authorised to supply customers within the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We will deliver outside this area if we cannot identify a local P8N8 representative. We do not supply to the USA. Please refer to our charges for postage & packing.

    Privacy Policy

    We believe it is important that you are able to shop in complete confidence, in the knowledge that the information you supply to us is kept secure at all times.

    In order to fulfil any order, we require you to provide certain personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address and payment details. When we process an order, we securely transfer this information to our servers which are not connected to the internet. Because our site does not include a login capability, we do not need to retain your information on our web server.

    Customer information is retained by oo!chi for internal use only. It is not provided to, or shared with, any other party (except where necessary to fulfil your order).

    oo!chi would like to keep you informed about promotions, special offers and new products. If you prefer not to receive such information, you may opt out when you place your order. You can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time by sending an e-mail to info@oochi.biz.

    Credit Card Security
    The following mechanisms are in place to ensure the security of credit card details:
      - the order details you provide on-line are protected during transmission by secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption;
      - when confirming an order, the card number is only partially displayed;
      - card numbers are never stored electronically in their entirety;
      - all personal information is removed from the web server after an order has been processed.
